Disgusting Chocolate Cake

The real title is "Best Ever Chocolate Fudge Cake", but there is so much chocolate and fat in it that it is well, practically "disgusting"- all be it delicious!

1 chocolate cake mix
1 small box chocolate pudding
2 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream*
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 tub cool whip
remaining 6 squares of Baker's chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 round pans. Chop 2 squares of chocolate, set aside.

Mix all ingredients together, except for the last 2. Beat on low until mixed, then on high 2 minutes. Fold in chopped chocolate. Pour into cake pans and bake 30-35 minutes. When done, let cake cool completely on a cake rack (remove cakes from pans after about 5 minutes).

Place frozen cool whip and 6 choc. squares in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Once completely melted and mixed, let cool for 15 minutes.

Place first layer on plate. Put about 1/4 of glaze on top of first layer. Place second layer on top, then frost the rest of the cake with remaining glaze.

So moist and yummy!

*I subbed plain yogurt for the sour cream, and next time will try 1/4 cup apple sauce and 1/4 cup oil.
