Italian Pasta Salad

I call it Italian because of the Italian Dressing. I made this up, although I am certain you'd find something similar in just about any recipe collection.

1 box Italian Spiral Pasta (we use the kind with tomato and spinach pasta)
2-3 large chicken breasts
Fat Free Italian Dressing (I used Wishbone-- I love this brand, it seems shamefully good for being low-fat!)
2 tomatoes
1 can black olives
3 string cheese sticks
1-2 tbs onion, finely chopped
1/3 package turkey pepperoni (much less fattening than regular pepperoni)

Slice raw chicken into 1-inch cubes. Cook in frying pan with a little of the dressing rather than oil. Boil the pasta according to box directions.

Chop the tomatoes, onions, olives, and cheese into bite size pieces. Rinse chicken and pasta when finished cooking in cold water so they will be cool. Mix it together with the other ingredients. Then mix 1/3-1/2 of the bottle of Italian Dressing. It's so simple and delicious!

Other add-ins that would be good in this would be cucumbers, green peppers, or artichoke hearts.
