Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
6 eggs
Jimmy Dean low-fat turkey sausage
1-2 cups hashbrowns (optional)
1 cup grated cheese
1/2- 1 cup salsa (according to taste)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbls. milk
4-6 flour tortillas

Cook the sausage. While that is cooking, break eggs into a dish and add milk. Use a fork to whisk together. If there isn't enough oil from the sausage, add a little butter to pan before cooking the eggs. After cooked through, add the other ingredients. You may add any vegies you like, such as peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, etc. Place mixture into tortillas then roll up like a burrito. Sometimes I like to warm the tortillas up in the oven first. Can be wrapped in foil to keep warm for up to an hour if you need to take it on the go.
