Butterscotch Butter Balls

These were a big hit. Everyone loves these and they are super easy. You make them the night before and it takes only about 5 minutes.

24 frozen Rhodes rolls
1 cube melted butter or margarine
1/2 small pkg. butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
nuts, chopped, optional

Place frozen rolls in bundt pan, spacing evenly. Sprinkle pudding over top. Combine melted margarine and brown sugar and pour over rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts. Cover with greased saran srap and let rise 6-8 hours (or over night). Bake in 350 degree oven for 18 minutes (be sure to cook through all the way or it will be doughy in the middle.) Invert upside down onto a plate- then dig in!
