Baked Apples

These are perfect on a cold, winter night topped over vanilla ice cream.

4 medium Golden Delicious Apples, or 8 small Red Delicious
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. flour
2 tblsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice apples. Lay them in the pan. Stir flour and starch into water until very smooth, then pour that in to the dish. Cut butter in throughout the dish. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot over ice cream, drizzling sauce over as well. Try not to die, it's so heavenly.
