Found this on Big Oven. This is great on a busy evening, and a healthy, energizing meal.
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Wrap
1-2 slices lunch meat of choice
Romaine lettuce
Spinach leaves
Shredded carrots
Dill pickle spear
Any other vegie that sounds appealing
Cream cheese
Spread the entire tortilla wrap with cream cheese. Place luch meat in the center. Top with other ingredients evenly. Roll into a tight wrap. The pickle adds a lot of flavor-- sprinkling more dill on the cream cheese is another option.
