Chicken-Avocado Salad

We ate these with cheese quesadillas. Packed full of nutrition and muscle-building protien for the dancer and sporty-girl that might, perhaps, reside in your home.

2 cups Finely chopped cold cooked chicken
1/2 cup Finely chopped celery
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice (or just sprinkle a packet of freeze-dried lime which was really tastey)
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 large Ripe avocados
2 Hard cooked eggs; sliced
1 tbls. finely choppped onion
1/2 bag broccoli slaw
olives
1 can black beans (my kids say only 1/2 can please)

Mix together everything but the eggs and avocado. Once everything is mixed, then gently add the eggs and avocado.
