Apple Pie Cheese Cake

This will be a somewhat "ooey and gooey" recipe when you cut it. Normally, this cheese cake holds it's shape very well when I put fresh fruit on top, but the apple pie filling is very heavy, so it turned gooey. But is was yummy, so I think we can forgive the cheese cake!

Use the cheesecake recipe from here:

And put your favorite apple pie filling on top. You can use a can. I made my filling from scratch with a recipe from Betty Crocker.
Put it on top. Chill for a couple of hours.

Note to self: this was the first graham cracker crust I made that was chewy. Today I learned, don't overcook your crust! It didn't look quite done to me, so I left it in the oven longer. That was a mistake. Take it out anyway or it will stick to the pan and be too chewy.
