These were amazing and my family loved them immensely.
I used shredded pork from the crock pot.
Cream cheese
Cheddar cheese
One part light sour cream, one part green enchilada sauce, one part half and half.
Flour tortillas
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Sprinkle the meat with seasonings and cilantro.
Spread about 1 tsp- 1 tblsp cream cheese on each tortilla. Then place pork in middle. Roll up and place each one in the cake pan.
Mix the wet ingredients together and pour over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
Devour.
