One roast, shoulder or any pot roast (I used a very lean cut).
Onion
Bay leaf
Salt and Pepper
1 bottle barbeque sauce
1 can beef consume
Place roast into crock pot the night before. Place 1/4 cup water, onion slices, bay leaf, and salt and pepper in with the roast. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Dump the water, onions and bay leaf out.
It will need to cook for 2 more hours with the barbeque sauce and beef consume. I mixed those 2 ingredients together, then added it to the crockpot. I then shredded the beef, and added it to the sauce. Cook on high for 2 more hours. It will melt in your mouth.
