This is so easy and the chicken turns out so moist. My family loves it! I got the recipe from T. of H.
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken stock
8 slices of Swiss Cheese
1 cup croutons, in fine crumbs
Defrost chicken breasts (I used 2 large, frozen ones sliced in half length wise, which was plenty for my family). Place chicken in baking pan. Mix soup and stock together, then pour over the chicken. It looks pretty "soup-y" at this point. Lay cheese slices on top of chicken so they are well covered. Sprinkle croutons of top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until chicken is cooked. I put foil over top half-way through so the croutons didn't get too brown. I served it over wild rice. The chicken was moist and there was a lot of sauce to top with as well.
