Whether you prefer the sweet or salty kind, they were both delicious and we had no left-overs!
3 sweet potatoes, peeled
olive oil
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
brown sugar
salt and pepper
2 baking sheets
Slice the sweet potatos into long, skinny wedges. Apply a little olive oil to the baking sheet. Place the strips on the sheets, then rub the potatoes around the sheet to coat them lightly in oil. Drizzle just a little more oil over top- just a little, it goes a long way. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle one sheet lightly with Lawry's- again in my opinion a little goes a long way. Sprinkle the other sheet with just a little brown sugar.
